Hi! I’m Adee, the owner of The Wild Rover. This business came to fruition after I married the love of my life- Umit. Planning our wedding was so genuinely fun for me that I wanted to turn it into a full time business.

The thing is, we were already planning to start a business-a bar. While Umit worked on renovating our now mobile horse trailer bar, I worked on planning weddings!

I started working in catering as I have an extensive background in culinary. After I finished my Associates' in culinary arts, I started bartending. I’ve always loved mixology and knew I wanted to own an Irish pub someday (can you tell I really like my ancestry?).
